As part of Richard Challoner School’s INSET day, Marco Olmi from Drury Teas and Coffees, and part of our Challoner Business Network, hosted a tea tasting event to choose a blend that the school could call its own.
Forty-nine teaching and support staff took part and voted for their favourite blend, and two blends came out on top with 13 votes each. Marco and his team are now in the process of combining the two blends to create a truly unique breakfast tea.
The new tea will be made available to buy from the Challoner and Friends website from early December. Please support the school (a proportion of the sales will be gifted back to the school) and grab yourself an ideal Christmas stocking filler for friends and family into the bargain.
“It’s rare that I get such a genuinely enthusiastic audience for an event like this and many thanks to you all for your help and support.”
Marco Olmi, Director at Drury Tea and Coffee
We will post an update on our social media channels when the tea become available to buy.
Our grateful thanks to Marco and to Jim Reilly for ensuring the event ran smoothly.
